Blazedor wall access panels are the Fire Rated range of our steel door Access Panels and can be used for ceiling applications. (Refer to the Ceiling section).

The Blazedor products are available either One Hour or Two Hour Fire Rated to BS 476 Part 22: 1987 by the installation of 6mm and 12mm Fireboard respectively.

Blazedor access panels are manufactured to 50mm deep and as with the Thindor and Standdor ranges, can be supplied with either a picture frame surround or a beaded frame surround.

The door is formed from 1.0mm thick Zintec and the frame formed from 1.2mm thick Zintec.

Comprising a continuous hinge located on M6 screws welded to the frame and secured with nuts and washers.

The Blazedor panels have a budget locking mechanism with a budget lock key accessory and come complete with a plastic cap to conceal the key hole when not in use.

A three point locking mechanism is fitted on Blazedor products that exceed a size of 600 x 600.

Blazedor products are finished polyester powder coated Ral 9010 20% gloss as standard.

Other standard Ral/BS colours are available on request at extra cost.
Blazedor access panels can be manufactured from stainless steel with either a brushed/polished or mill finish all at extra cost.

Bespoke sizes and alternative locking mechanisms to suit customer requirements can also be achieved.

Blazedor access panels are available Fire Rated to 1Hour and 2Hour only.
