 Aluminium Recessed Floor Access Hatches are available as single, double leaf or multi leaf doors.
The patent marine alloy with unique hidden hinge incorporates an EPDM unbroken seal to help prevent the ingress of dirt and moisture offering near water and airtight seal.
The recessed pan type lid can be recessed between 3-25mm for various infills; such as ceramic tiles, concrete, vinyl, carpet, oak flooring & walk on glass.
Floor hatches are fitted with Gas Spring assisted opening, together with a safety hold open stay which helps
to prevent against accidental closure. A stainless steel slam action cab lock is fitted to lock the lid and can be opened from the inside and tee key operated from the outside.
Hatches can be made suitable for wet area’s by the fitting of a water catchment channel and drain point.
Recessed floor hatches are Rated from A15 pedestrian loading to C250 loading
The Floordor access hatches are available as Non Fire Rated, 1, 2 or 3 Hour Fire Resistance for integrity to BS476: Parts 21 and 22: 1987

The non-slip aggregate coating is bonded to the lid of the floor access hatches
Manufactured using calcined bauxite – this is a special surfacing material which has been independently tested and proven to provide high friction contact
It has been specially developed to provide an aesthetically pleasing, high durable surface.
Benefits include its weather, fuel and chemical resistance - which allow it to withstand extreme temperatures.

Hot tub covers are recessed to match the surrounding area.
When not in use, the cover conceals the tub, so you can utilize the area as you wish.
When you would like access to your hot tub all you need to do is press a button or turn a key switch and the cover opens to reveal your hot tub.
These access hatches are child friendly as they are opened by either a remote control or a key switch.
