 Aluminium Flush Tread Plate Floor Access Hatches are available as single, double leaf or multi leaf doors.
Comprising Tread Plate lid of a magnesium alloy construction with marine alloy frames or stainless steel with an internal hinge
Floor hatches are fitted with Gas Spring assisted opening, together with a safety hold open stay which helps
to prevent against accidental closure. A stainless steel slam action cab lock is fitted to lock the lid and can be opened from the inside and tee key operated from the outside.
The Marine alloy frame with foldaway hinges ensures the double unbroken neoprene seal offers a near air / water tight seal.
Hatches can be made suitable for wet area’s by the fitting of a water catchment channel and drain point.
Hatches are rated from A15 pedestrian loading to F900 loading
The Floordor access hatches are available as Non Fire Rated, 1, 2 or 3 Hour Fire Resistance for integrity to BS476: Parts 21 and 22: 1987
