Floordor access hatches are constructed from aluminium as standard, comprising gas spring assisted opening with safety hold open stays to prevent against accidental closure and available up to 3 hour fire rated.

Floordor / FTP
Floordor / FTP access hatches are designed for use where a flush access system is required and comprise a flush tread plate lid with gas spring assisted opening and safety hold open stays.
The flush tread plate lid is locked by a stainless steel slam action cab lock to be operated from the inside and key operated from the outside with a load bearing of A15 pedestrian to D400 loading.

Floordor / R
Floordor / R access hatches are designed for use where a recessed lid is required to accept an infill that blends with the installations surroundings.
Floordor / R access hatches can be recessed between 3-40mm to accept wood, carpet, stone, tiles etc and are available with optional gas spring assistance with a load bearing of A15 pedestrian to C250 loading.

Floordor / NTU
Floordor / NTU access hatches are designed for use within a non traffic application of which are ideal for the sewerage and water industry. Comprising a gas spring assisted tread plate lid together with seals fitted to prevent the ingress of rainwater, insects and animals and rated at 5kN/m2 loading.

All Floordor access hatches are made to order and available in single, double or multi leaf with a wide range of optional extras available upon request.
