Floorcover Access Panels 1, 2 and 3 are designed and recessed up to 20mm for typical floor finishes of Marble, Concrete, Ceramic Tiles, Resin, Terrazzo, Wood and hard floors.

Manufactured from Aluminium and fitted with lifting blocks and securing screws. The base plate and reinforcement is made from stainless steel as standard.

Floorcover / 1 panels are available Non Fire Rated only and designed for light duty usage. Aluminium edge complete with matching lifting blocks, sealed and secured. Manufactured to a minimum size of 100 x 100mm to a maximum size of 250 x 250mm clear opening and have a pedestrian loading which also includes sack trucks, wheeled trolleys, etc.

Floorcover / 2 panels are available up to 1 Hour Fire Rated, double sealed and secured and can be supplied with aluminium or brass edges with matching lifting blocks. Manufactured to a minimum size of 150 x 150mm to a maximum size of 750 x 750mm clear opening and have a pedestrian loading which also includes sack trucks, wheeled trolleys, etc.

Floorcover / 3 panels are available up to 3 Hour Fire Rated (Single Units), double sealed and secured and can be supplied with aluminium or brass edges with matching lifting blocks. Manufactured to a minimum size of 100 x 100mm to a maximum of 900 x 900mm clear opening and have a 5 tonne pneumatic tyre wheel loading.

Floorcover / 4 access panels are designed and recessed to a maximum of 3mm for flexible floor finishes of Vinyl, Rubber, Linoleum and some carpets.

Floorcover / 4 panels are available Non Fire Rated only, double sealed comprising aluminium construction with aluminium edge and matching lifting blocks. Manufactured to a minimum size of 150 x 150mm to a maximum size of 1200 x 1200mm clear opening and have a pedestrian loading which also includes sack trucks, wheeled trolleys, etc.
