Claddor access panels are designed for use in ceilings where both door bead and frame are taped and joint filled on site to produce a clad door fitting flush with the ceiling face giving a near total concealment solution.

Claddor Products are manufactured to 50mm deep and at present only available Non Fire Rated.

Comprising factory fitted 12mm thick plasterboard with a perforated edge bead surround screw fixed to 1.0mm thick Zintec door tray and supported in a 1.2mm thick Zintec beaded frame.

The Claddor is fitted with 8mm diameter steel projection (retractable) spring loaded pivot pin with a release trigger and locks by a budget locking mechanism.

Claddor panels come complete with a budget lock key accessory and a plastic cap to conceal the key hole when not in use.

Claddor frames are finished polyester powder coated Ral 9010 20% gloss as standard.

Claddor access panels are at present being designed to achieve a One Hour Fire Rating.
